ABOUT Saudi Water Partnership Company

The Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) is a government-owned entity under the Ministry of Finance. It leads the development and tendering of water infrastructure projects—such as desalination, wastewater treatment, water transmission systems, and strategic storage—through public-private partnerships. SWPC also serves as the primary off-taker of all water types across Saudi Arabia, working with both public and private sector partners to ensure sustainable water supply and national water security.

ABOUT Saudi Water Partnership Company FORUM

The Saudi Water Partnership Company Forum is a two-day event scheduled for 2-3 November 2025 at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. The Forum’s objective is to encourage collaboration among key stakeholders in the water sector. It will provide a platform for sharing best practices, gathering industry feedback, optimizing and improving various aspects to assure sustainability of the water sector not only in Saudi Arabia but also in the MENA region as well. This gathering is intended to facilitate meaningful dialogue and strategic partnerships, ensuring that all voices within the sector are heard and their insights utilized for continuous improvement. The Forum is an event extended to select industry leaders, government officials, corporate executives, and key stakeholders. This gathering ensures a focused and high-level dialogue, fostering meaningful connections and actionable insights.
