The Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Water and Electricity Company, Abdulrahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al Fadley, signed the agreement of Shuqaiq-3 Independent Water Plant with the winning consortium of Marubeni Corporation, Acciona Agua S.A., Abdul Latif Jameel Commercial Development Company and Rawafid Alhadarah Holding Co. on Tuesday 29 January 2019.
